The effects of the colour green

It’s natural, fresh, invigorating, calming, soothing, peaceful, restful... These are some of our reactions to observing the colour ‘Green’. The colour green is often associated with nature. Its’ the colour of plant life-forms (lush green grass, trees and forests) and it also represents new life-forms (as new plants sprout from the Earth’s grounds). It helps with concentration, makes us feel more relaxed, refreshed and at peace with our selves.
Be inspired, recharged, feel more grounded, and calm, by surrounding yourself in more green, nature’s way. Mother Nature is very nurturing, so the soothing and calming effects of the colour green remind us of the natural world.
Get closer to nature and feel more energised, relaxed, hopeful, and optimistic. That’s what new beginnings are all about.
