You wear your attitude

Mindset matters. How we express ourselves is a reflection of our mindset. Our way of thinking then, is ultimately the direction of our behaviours. Positive thoughts = Confident emotions Negative thoughts = Anxious emotions Creating a balanced mindset is adopting a choice; we either let go of negative thoughts - let them pass and move on, and focus on the present moment, OR, we give these negative thoughts attention and then begin to realise we stay focused on them. We have thoughts - We are not our thoughts

We have feelings - We are not our feelings


What you feed grows. This influence determines how you feel about yourself and where you direct your energy to. What you choose to focus your time and energy on will manifest. If we choose to focus on the negative thoughts, this will lead to placing all our time and energy on these things. Alternatively, if we choose to let the negativity go, we can discover empowerment, and focus on possibilities and change. It requires strength and focus to manage our thoughts - our thoughts create our intentions. Feed your mind, body and soul with nourishing thoughts. Your body will thank you for it.
