HALLOWEEN - Chocolate bars with peanut butter

Chef George Tsoulis Halloween snacks that you will love.

INGREDIENTS
150 gr. corn flakes with honey
150 gr. honey
140 gr. maple syrup
300 gr. milk chocolate, melted
For frosting:
1 egg white (medium)
125 gr. powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
To use: pastry bag (piping bag) for decorating the chocolate
PREPARATION & EXECUTION
1 We empty the corn flakes in a big bowl and crush them with our hands wearing disposable gloves.
2 Then, pour the peanut butter, honey and maple syrup into the bowl, mix with your hands and evenly pour the above mixture into a square cake pan measuring 25x25cm lined with bake paper.
3 Pour the melted chocolate onto the bake paper and let it harden.
4 At the same time, empty all the ingredients for the frosting in a large bowl and mix them with a hand whisk until the mixture is fluffy and has a sticky texture. Once it is ready, transfer the frosting to a pastry bag (piping bag).
5 Once the chocolate is firm, remove from the tray mold and decorate with frosting, then cut into pieces and serve.
