HALLOWEEN - Green monster cookies

INGREDIENTS

• 12 oreo type cookies

• 210 gr. milk chocolate, finely chopped

• green confectionery colour

• black confectionery colour

• white sugar paste

• black sugar paste

PREPARATION & EXECUTION

1 Melt the chocolate using the bain-marie method (a type of heated bath method). Pour in a little of the green colour, mix with a pastry spatula and pour it into a dosing container or glass.

2 Then, dip the cookies in, carefully remove them with a fork and place them on a baking tray lined with bake paper. Let them sit until the chocolate is dry.

3 Finally, using the coloured sugar pastes and the confectionery colours, create the eyes and the mouth on the cookies and serve.
