Quality over quantity

Movement is more effective with controlled motion. We are using our muscles to perform the movement, not gravity or momentum.


In exercise, a complete and well developed routine is essential for the body to move pain free, heal, maintain muscles, build endurance, create good symmetry and proportions, improve confidence, and develop control. We are each responsible for our experiences. Achieving change starts with the intention to do it. What you do makes a difference. Find a way, not an excuse. Excuses do not make progress.
