We like to look at fitness and well-being as 'styling' your health. Your health is your wealth, so you should dress the way you want and feel most comfortable in when you move because you are the most important investment in your life.


Feeling good about changing the balance of 'time' and doing something to improve your lifestyle is an important focus in feeling energised, empowered and achieving positively healthy habits and behaviours. Find the joy in exercise, and do exercises you enjoy. Build your fitness flow with regular exercise - improve stamina and endurance. Using everyday wear as your workout 'outfit' is the essential ingredient in our philosophy for accessing your fitness training anywhere, anytime - no excuses. Our founder, George, has come to know that motivation is 'building a habit'. Habits create flow that keep you moving forward, and that's the direction you want to be shifting in - always evolving.


Getting started and looking forward to your fitness sessions also means finding your 'finesse'. The right direction for you in our philosophy is to take your own approach and find style choices you like and enjoy moving in. #MOVE #NO EXCUSES

Focusing on what exercise you want to do and embracing your present moment as your workout space needs a little bit of styling advice. You don't need to fit in to a certain workout style, but rather, make your own. Getting motivated to join in and enjoy the journey of your transformation (aka 'work in progress'), and thriving through learning and growing as an individual, is, the focus for finding happiness in your styling choices. For some, it is dressing up in sweat pants and t-shirt, or leggings and top, or other sportswear, and for others it's t-shirt and jeans or something casual. Everybody is different.

G.I.W.G. (Get Inspired With George) fitness sessions are about making fitness your priority and doing things your way, in your own time. Whether you schedule your fitness event or just want to get out there and enjoy moving, do it 'Full Throttle'. Do it with passion, we mean really get into it, create your own personal style choices that will make you feel better and more comfortable to work out, wherever you are.


Dress you, for you. Some people find their exercise happiness in jeans, t-shirts, jumpers, others in cargo pants, jackets, shorts, casual shoes or sportswear. The choice is easy. You can choose your own style of workout gear, and exercise equipment in the everyday world. Make movement more about changing your fitness training and incorporate a few of George’s techniques and activities to develop and enhance your fitness.

Some of George’s style choices are different from other people's choices, but these style choices are what helped to achieve better outcomes for George. Learning and adapting, to move forward with positive and energetic influences, is what created George’s experiences of health and well-being, and happiness. Rather than trying to make the time to go to a fitness facility, he enjoyed getting out and about in his everyday gear, and practicing movements at an enjoyable pace. In comfortable attire (not too tight), George found movement easy, convenient and accessible. In ordinary clothes, activity was possible, at anytime and anywhere - doing push, pull, lift movements that worked the whole body.

The human physique is designed to work as a whole unit in every moment. Changing the way we see fitness and connecting to opportunities instead of excuses is about adapting our mindset, attitude and behaviour to recognise how to THRIVE. Healing happens as a result of this.
