Sweet potato wedges

Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon(s) oregano
For the yogurt sauce
200 g strained yogurt
1 teaspoon(s) paprika
salt
pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 220* C (390* F) Fan.
Wash the sweet potatoes.
Cut them into wedges.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add wedges and toss.
Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
For the yogurt sauce:
Combine yogurt, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix until creamy.
Serve sweet potato wedges with yogurt sauce.
