The ANH&F PHILOSOPHY approach to food
Eat fresh, and predominantly plant based whole foods. They are full of goodness and lots of nutrients. In our wellness philosophy, any animal food provided without harm or suffering caused to the animal is also nourishing for our body. For example, Free Range happy chicken eggs.
Good food habits start at home. To help you begin and embrace these principles and support you on your wellness journey, we will be providing some food recipes that are easy to make and are full of goodness - Delicious & Nutritious. As with all dietary requirements, adapt or substitute food ingredients - make it your own.
