City living, with all the hustle and bustle of daily life, can make cultivating fitness and wellness difficult. Trying to keep up can be challenging. Sometimes we look forward to a break from the urban environment, and just slowing down to take time for our self can be the perfect escape to reconnect with our body and restore our energy.
A fusion of urban trends (street style fashion), and urban rhythms (city music compositions), can create a sudden burst of activity for the human psyche, where we want to bring our mindfulness back to the present moment. We don’t need to make time to go to an exercise facility, we can simply make good use of our everyday environment. The urban setting has many accessible fitness elements as options. The fun part is observing what is usable around you – there are many possibilities, our founder George explores these daily.
An appreciation for the urban environment is another approach to embracing the present moment. We just need to consider the possibilities. Put on your favourite urban apparel (gear), pair it up with your favourite tunes on the go, and make fitness happen.
